Qualifications

• Ability to perform semi-permanent eyelash extensions and volume eyelash extensions.
• Experience with lash and brow tinting, eyelash perming, facial threading, and permanent make-up procedures.
• 3-year minimum experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Apply consecutive eyelash extension appointments during any given shift.
• Educate clients about lash upgrades and aftercare products.
• Attend industry-related events and training sessions.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked eyelash application room.
• Create and apply client-specific, semi-permanent eyelash extensions.
• Build rapport with clients to create a recurring client base.
• Sign up clients for follow-up appointments.
