The Lash Lounge in Chattanooga, TN is hiring a full-time Lash Stylist. You will perform lash services, educate guests, and maintain a high standard of customer care while promoting services and products.

We offer growth through tiered stylist levels, professional training, and a compensation structure including base pay and commission. A strong focus on guest experience and brand standards is required.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Cosmetology or Esthetician license.
• Full-time commitment — not side job and outside lash work or independent clients not permitted during employment.
• Saturday availability, every week.
• Retail sales is a required part of this role, not optional.
• Reliability is non-negotiable — excessive call-offs are not tolerated and are grounds for termination.
