Job summary

Amazing Lash Studio is hiring immediately for a lead retail sales associate / customer service representative to promote memberships and retail products while delivering an exceptional guest experience in a beauty-focused environment.

This on-site role offers flexible hours, a performance-based hourly rate of $11–$13 plus a membership sales bonus, ongoing training, and a clear path to grow as a professional within a glam-oriented team.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience preferred; results-oriented and metrics-driven.
Customer service focused with a strong emphasis on member retention and lead outreach.
Outgoing, positive, energetic, and resourceful — a natural people person.
Strong communicator with confident interpersonal skills across guests and teammates.
Organized multitasker and problem solver with solid computer skills.
Available for flexible days/hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
MindBody software experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio memberships and retail products.
Answer phones, book appointments, and enthusiastically greet every guest.
Make outbound calls, send texts, and email guests daily to drive conversions.
Create a warm, welcoming environment and respond quickly to guest needs.
Maintain a membership sales closing rate of 40%+ and collaborate with fellow Lash Consultants.
Partner with the Marketing Team on lead conversion strategies.
Responsibly open and close the studio — this is a key holder position!
