Job summary
Amazing Lash Studio Peoria Lake Pleasant is seeking a GENERAL STUDIO MANAGER to lead sales and operations for our eyelash extension studio. This full-time role offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced beauty environment and reports to the studio leadership.

Qualifications
- Management experience including sales/operations/general management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to implement structure, policies, and procedures.
- Customer service oriented.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Interpersonal skills with confidence.
- Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver.
- Able to work flexible days, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- MindBody Software experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sales and operations for the studio.
- Lead and train staff to meet targets and maintain service standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Schedule coverage including nights, weekends and holidays.
