Job summary

Deka Lash Washington, PA is hiring a Lash, Brow + Facial Artist to provide lash extensions, lash lifts, facials, and brow services while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will consult with clients, educate on aftercare, and promote memberships and services in a collaborative studio environment.

Licensed esthetician or cosmetologist is required by state rules; training is provided. We value friendly, coachable team players who communicate well and thrive in a fast-paced, in-person

Qualifications

• Licensed esthetician or cosmetologist per state requirements.
• Previous lash experience is a plus, but not required; training provided.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for the beauty industry.
• Friendly, dependable, coachable, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced studio.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their goals and recommend services.
• Deliver high level of customer service from consultation through checkout.
• Educate clients on aftercare, maintenance, and service frequency.
• Support studio growth by promoting memberships, retail products, and additional services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area per health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to create a warm, professional studio environment.
