Job summary

LUUM seeks talented lash artists to join a team working with cutting-edge robotics in a tech-forward beauty setting. Applicants should have a CA esthetician/cosmetology license and substantial lash experience, and be ready to learn LUUM’s robotic lash platform. The role emphasizes precision, safety, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CA esthetician or cosmetology license.
• Minimum 100 hours of lash artist experience with client references.
• Knowledge of sanitation laws and safety standards in beauty.

Responsibilities

• Assess client lashes and advise on lash style and length.
• Ensure client comfort and safety during application.
• Provide lash fills, removals, and touch-ups as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and sterilize tools.
• Stay updated on lash trends and techniques.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships.
• Operate LUUM’s robotic lash system with training provided.
