This role involves developing and demonstrating advanced laser welding processes, managing lab operations, and providing on-site support. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in welding process development and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with both technical teams and customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on welding process development experience.
• Experience with thick-section welding and understanding of welding codes such as AWS D1.1 and ABS.
• Comfortable working independently and effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop laser welding processes using Civan's DBL technology.
• Conduct demonstrations for visiting customers.
• Provide on-site process development support at customer locations.
• Manage lab operations and maintain equipment readiness.
• Document results in formal reports.
• Represent the company at industry conferences.
• Collaborate with sales and applications team.
