Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Clock in and out of work order correctly.
• Safely operate grinders, hoist, cut wheels, and other equipment for unloading and processing.
• Determine cause of scrap and whether it can be reworked, or escalate to foreman.
• Process paperwork, print labels, and claim parts/scrap correctly.
• Read blueprints to follow work order instructions (detailing specs like de-tabbing, oxide removal, part marking, Lissmac, or DA sanding).
• Maintain excellent organization to perform in a fast-paced environment.
