Job summary

Removery is seeking a Laser Tattoo Removal Associate - Sales Consultant to educate clients through consultative sales and partner with in-studio teams to deliver a holistic experience. Reporting to a Regional Manager, you will engage with warm leads and community outreach to generate interest in tattoo removal services.

The role emphasizes reliability, ambition, and a passion for building client relationships, with uncapped commission and a Tuesday-Saturday schedule at our Charleston, SC studio.

Qualifications

• Sales experience, preferably conducting client consultations to overcome objections
• Quota-driven environment, bonus opportunities, and growth mindset
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills, professionalism, and ability to work in collaborative teams
• Reliable transportation, flexibility in working hours, meeting employment eligibility standards, ability to lift 10 lbs. or more repeatedly

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations, drive sales through consultative selling, and educate clients on laser tattoo removal processes
• Demonstrate ethical sales practices and communicate realistic removal expectations
• Articulate financing options to clients
• Collaborate with Contact Center and in-studio staff to ensure seamless client experience
• Maintain detailed client records and manage follow-up processes
