Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Proficient with production machinery and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Able to troubleshoot and read technical documents and schematics.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Basic computer skills, including ERP systems experience.
• Fluent in English and the primary language used at the work location.
• Machine operation or related certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Standing/walking 8–12 hours; ability to move in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate complex machinery according to SOPs and production standards.
• Set up and adjust machines for various production tasks.
• Oversee setups on basic machinery and production lines.
• Monitor production processes and perform quality checks.
• Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Document production metrics and report discrepancies.
• Train and mentor entry-level machine operators.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
