Staffmark Group is hiring a Laser Operator for West Chester, OH. The role operates laser equipment to engrave or process parts, sets up jobs, loads materials, and maintains production records to meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate has basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow work instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Shifts available: 7:30am-4:00pm or 3:30pm-2:00am, with competitive weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills including opening/saving files and email.

Responsibilities

• Operate computerized laser machinery to engrave or cut parts accurately.
• Set up jobs and use computer software to run production orders.
• Load and unload materials and position parts correctly in the machine.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed.
• Follow work orders, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and defects.
• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Identify equipment issues and report problems to a supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Work with production and quality teams to meet deadlines.
