We’re seeking a Laser Operator to join our team! This hands‑on role offers the opportunity to operate specialized laser equipment to cut and process metal products while contributing to a safety‑focused environment that values training, skill development, and internal growth.

  • Consistent 2nd shift schedule (Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
What You’ll Do:
  • Read blueprints and inspect parts for accuracy and quality
  • Measure parts using calipers, tape measures, pin gauges, and other tools
  • Adjust laser tables and equipment to maintain tolerances and ensure quality
  • Operate forklifts and cranes safely to move materials as needed
  • Perform work order transactions accurately and update ERP/virtual inventory
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments
  • Support production flow and assist in other areas as needed
  • Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
  • Additional duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
  • 1+ year experience in machining or steel manufacturing required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and push 50–100 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Basic math skillsConscious of inventory accuracy and ERP system use
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts and cranes
  • Capable of handling materials weighing up to 100 lbs
