Job summary

U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission, LLC is seeking a press operator to set up and run presses, ensuring parts meet ISO specifications and drawings. You will read production prints, select materials, and perform finishing operations, while handling materials safely and collaborating with teammates.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience with press setups. This position offers a 4-day work week with 10-hour days and potential overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with press and press setups is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates a variety of presses.
• Produces parts to meet quality, ISO specifications, blue print and customer requirements.
• Selects correct material size and analysis.
• Performs operations such as: cut-off, blanking, piercing, shaving, bending, off-setting and straightening.
• Operates material handling equipment.
• Uses good judgment and works in a safe responsible manner.
• Ability to work well with others.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
• Proficient knowledge and use of calipers and other measuring devices
• Ability to accurately read and interpret production prints
• Work with press and press setups desired
• Safety Sensitive Position
