ServiceMaster Restore® in Arizona is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Estimator to join our East Valley team. The role focuses on Xactimate-based estimating, creating detailed line items, diagrams, and submitting for insurance and client review.

You will bring a strong construction background, the ability to meet deadlines, work with insurance adjusters, and identify site-specific conditions. Full-time position with benefits and room for advancement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop estimates including detailed Xactimate diagrams and line items for insurance and client review
• Estimate large fire losses with construction knowledge
• Meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters and third-party administrators
• Identify site-specific conditions and scope accurately
• Explain supplements or change orders and ensure timely submissions
• Understand permits, inspections and building codes
• Follow established job management procedures and bring knowledge to improve the process
• Ensure documentation, pictures and records meet audit standards

Strong knowledge of construction background which includes basic understanding of building materials, flooring and other materials affected. Qualifications

• Develop estimates including creation of detailed and accurate diagrams in Xactimate along with detailed line items in Xactimate to submit for insurance and client review
• Deep understanding of construction and estimating a large fire loss
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accurate estimates
• Work with insurance adjusters and third‑party administrators
• Must be able to identify and accurately scope and estimate unique site‑specific conditions and requirements
• Understanding processes and reasons for supplements or change orders and be able to communicate effectively with all parties for timely submissions
• Understanding of permit process/inspections and building plan codes
• Follow the established job management procedures while bringing your knowledge and experience to help improve that process
• Ensure documentation, pictures and other critical records are complete and meet audit standards.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License with satisfactory driving history
• 10+ years of construction and/or restoration experience
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office and similar programs required
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Lifting, squatting, crawling and crouching is required
• Strong business development networks within various restoration organisations and sales experience
• High School graduate or equivalent
