Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years experience operating wide format printers in commercial sign environments.
• Familiarity with large format digital printers, roll-to-roll printers, laminators, and flatbed routers.
• Strong work ethic, attention to production-floor workflows, and ability to multi-task.
• Good communication and cooperative interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate sign equipment and bindery equipment.
• Perform digital print production for sign projects.
• Handle print Bindery & Finishing and post-press tasks.
• Support large format finishing and installation when needed.
• Configure files for large format design and substrate understanding.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and output.
