AlphaGraphics is seeking a highly collaborative Large Format Sign and Vinyl Specialist to join the team full-time in Houston. You will manage digital print production, operate large format printers, and oversee sign finishing from setup to delivery.

The role requires 2+ years of experience with wide format printers, knowledge of substrates, and a strong work ethic. We value teamwork, reliability, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of experience operating wide format printers and related equipment.
• Experience with large format digital printers, UV flatbed printers, roll to roll printers, laminators and routers preferred.
• Demonstrates positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Exhibits problem-solving skills and cooperative interpersonal abilities.
• Able to multi-task, work quickly and neatly while maintaining quality.
• Basic math skills and ability to use a computer.

Responsibilities

• Operate sign equipment and bindery equipment.
• Handle digital print production for sign projects.
• Perform print Bindery and finishing tasks.
• Manage Post-Press equipment.
• Oversee Large Format sign finishing and execution.
• Set up files for cut vinyl and understand substrate variations.
