Job summary

Speedpro Alpharetta is seeking an experienced Large Format Prepress Specialist to join our team. You will prepare customer artwork and digital files for production, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and serve as the critical link between sales, customer service, design, and production.

In a small team, you may assist with color management, digital proofing, and occasional design tasks while supporting color quality and streamlined workflows to deliver high-quality large format graphics on time.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, ability to learn quickly, and a passion for excellence.
• Comfortable with the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience using these tools in a professional environment.
• Experience doing digital/vector graphics production work in a business environment.
• Passion for quality and willingness to learn and use our "total quality" production process.
• Desire to work in an engaged team-oriented environment, focused on producing amazing large format graphics that delight our customers to make their projects successful.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced production environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer artwork and digital files for production, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
• Serve as a link between sales, customer service, design, and production teams to ensure proper setup, proofing, and printing readiness.
• Assist with color management, workflow improvements, digital proofing, and occasional design tasks as needed.
• Support Production with ongoing process improvements to ensure high quality, zero-defect results.
