FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock is hiring a Full-time Graphic Designer in Maryland to join our team. You will create full-color graphics and vinyl outputs, modify designs from customer files, and arrange layouts to fit production requirements.

The role requires 1–2 years of graphic design experience, proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, and the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work autonomously under pressure to deliver high-quality work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator.
• Ability to prioritize jobs, multi-task, and work autonomously.
• Determine the best output method based on customer needs.
• Sits and views a computer screen for long periods.
• Ability to work under pressure to output high-volume, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Create computer-generated full-color graphics and vinyl output for printing or mounting.
• Modify designs from customer drawings or files for output to media.
• Determine layout, size, and typography based on space and production needs.
• Inspect jobs for accuracy before output and ensure correct materials and settings.
• Maintain customer logo library and convert graphic files.
