Job summary

Action Group Staffing is seeking dependable, mechanically inclined Large Assemblers for a manufacturing opportunity in the South Dallas area. These positions are responsible for assembling components and equipment according to work orders and drawings while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Candidates should be comfortable working with their hands, using hand and power tools, and following detailed assembly instructions in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly/manufacturing preferred.
• Comfortable working with hands-on tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble larger mechanical components and equipment according to drawings and work orders.
• Position, align, fit, and secure components during the assembly process.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Assist with moving and positioning components during assembly.
• Verify components are installed correctly before completion.
• Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy.
• Complete required production documentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe production area.
• Work closely with other production team members to complete assemblies on schedule.

Large AssemblyLocation: South Dallas Area Pay: $16.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Action Group Staffing is seeking dependable, mechanically inclined Large and Small Assemblers for a manufacturing opportunity in the South Dallas area. These positions are responsible for assembling components and equipment according to work orders and drawings while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Candidates should be comfortable working with their hands, using hand and power tools, and following detailed assembly instructions in a manufacturing environment.

Large Assembly

Large Assemblers will focus on assembling larger equipment and mechanical components into completed units.

Responsibilities include

Assemble larger mechanical components and equipment according to drawings and work ordersPosition, align, fit, and secure components during the assembly processUse a variety of hand and power toolsAssist with moving and positioning components during assemblyVerify components are installed correctly before completionInspect finished work for quality and accuracyComplete required production documentationMaintain a clean and safe production areaWork closely with other production team members to complete assemblies on schedule

Qualifications

Previous assembly, manufacturing, mechanical, or production experience preferredExperience using hand and power toolsAbility to read and follow work orders, drawings, and written instructionsGood mechanical aptitudeAbility to perform hands‑on work throughout the shiftStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a production teamReliable attendance and punctuality are requiredMust be able to meet required pre-employment screening requirements
