Job summary

Indotronix Avani Group is seeking a Computer Field Service Technician to repair laptops and desktops in the Bend metro area under a long-term contract with potential for hire. The role requires you to have your own reliable car and car insurance, and to manage service tickets in real time using the company system.

The position pays $24.29 per hour on W2 plus mileage, with an expected weekly mileage of 400-500 miles.

Qualifications

• 1+ years hands-on repair of laptops and desktops.
• PC assembly background preferred.
• General knowledge of laptop/desktop hardware and software including basic knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Ability to resolve basic/non-complex problems as directed.

Responsibilities

• Repair laptops and desktops in the metro area as assigned.
• Replace hard drives, motherboards and keyboards in devices.
• Perform whole unit swaps or repair/replace peripherals.
• Must have reliable transportation for metro-area service.
• Close service tickets in real time in the Call Management system.
