As a Mid-Level Language-Enabled OSINT Collector in Florida, you will design collection plans, draft Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and support analytic production aligned with DoD priorities.

You will perform OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources, contribute to OSIR quality reviews, and ensure all reporting meets DIA requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years OSINT collection, research and analysis experience.
• Language-enabled (Chinese or Mandarin).
• Pass ILR/DLTP language certification within 12 months.
• Active TS/SCI with poly prior to start.
• English proficiency: Read/Listen 3+ and Write 3+ on ILR.
• Contract staff must pass English competency (TOEFL).
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university.
• Intelligence Community Experience required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
• Intelligence Community Experience required
• Must have 8+ years of experience conducting OSINT collection, research, and analysis, and reporting, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
• Must have language-enabled (Chinese or Mandarin)
• Must be able to pass (within 12 months) and maintain an ILR or DLTP language certification test (normally 2,2,1 for Mids and 3,3,2 for Seniors)
• English comprehension – must Read and Listen at a 3+ level, and Write at a 3 or higher (on the ILR scale)
• Contract staff (non-native) must pass an English competency test (e.g., Educational Testing Services Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL))
• Must have active TS/SCI with poly prior to start

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Any Open Source or OSINT certification from commercial or government offerings desired
