We are seeking a dedicated Patient Services Assistant (1 full-time position available) at our Langhorne, PA location. The position offers full-time hours from 8am to 4:30pm in a fast-growing, employee-friendly environment.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing work orders
  2. Obtaining necessary documents for insurance companies/plans
  3. Verifying patient benefits and pre-certifying services
  4. Preparing and submitting billing charts
  5. Communicating effectively and dressing appropriately
  6. Understanding procedures of different insurance companies or plans
  7. Providing excellent customer service to patients
  8. Ensuring smooth flow of services
  9. Assisting at the front desk as needed
  10. Performing basic office functions such as faxing, scanning, telephoning, and emailing
  11. Performing other duties as assigned

Skills & Requirements include:
