Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn the menu, promotions, and specials to inform guests.
• Check back with guests routinely to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean and well-organized.
• Recommend and upsell the center experience.
