Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Lane Server in California's Orange area to create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced entertainment center. This role requires serving food and beverages, upselling the center experience, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of related experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
