Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is looking for part-time Lane Servers to join our dynamic team in Linthicum, Maryland. As a Lane Server, you'll provide exceptional service, interacting with guests and ensuring a wonderful experience.

You'll take and deliver food orders, relay special offerings, and maintain cleanliness in our entertainment center. Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for guest service. Join us and enjoy free bowling, discounts, and a fun work environment!

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience is required.
• Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for guest service.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Relay menu, promotions, and specials to guests.
• Check in with guests routinely to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with all guest questions and issue resolution.
• Maintain cleanliness in the center.
• Organize and stock your assigned work area.
• Recommend and upsell center experiences.

WHAT OUR LANE SERVERS DO

Our Lane Servers are world‑class ambassadors of our entertainment centers. They interact with our guests, serve them the awesome eats of our signature menus, and provide them with the kind of exceptional service that has them returning again and again. If you’re team‑oriented and great with people, you’ll be perfect for this role.

A LANE SERVER’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests
• Check back with guests routinely
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution
• Help keep the center clean
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area
• Recommend/upsell the center experience

WHAT IT TAKES

• 2 Years of related experience
• HS Diploma (Optional)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• A commitment to great guest service
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

The pay rate for this position is $5.00/hour + Tips.
