Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Addison, Texas is looking for a part-time Lane Server to join their vibrant atmosphere. You will engage with guests, serve food and beverages, and ensure exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of related experience and great interpersonal skills. Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn the menu, promotions, and specials to relay to guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with questions and requests.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize assigned work area.
• Recommend and upsell the center experience.

WHAT OUR LANE SERVERS DO

Our Lane Servers are world-class ambassadors of our entertainment centers. They interact with our guests, serve them the awesome eats of our signature menus, and provide them with the kind of exceptional service that has them returning again and again. If you’re team-oriented and great with people, you’ll be perfect for this role.

A LANE SERVER’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests
• Check back with guests routinely
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution
• Help keep the center clean
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area
• Recommend/upsell the center experience

WHAT IT TAKES

• 2 Years of related experience
• HS Diploma (Optional)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• A commitment to great guest service
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
