Job summary

RMGS, Inc. is seeking Landward Operations Instructors to support MESF at Camp Lejeune, NC. You will train in MESF landside knowledge and conduct live-fire weapons instruction, contributing to the delivery of MESF courses including Operational Indoctrination and C4ISR Operator.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of expeditionary warfare experience, hands-on weapons instruction skills, and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels. A Secret security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of operational ground/expeditionary warfare experience.
• 3+ years delivering weapons-based courses with live-fire training.
• Secret security clearance.
• 2 years experience as an instructor delivering training.

Responsibilities

• Provide MESF landside training and safety support for live-fire weapons training.
• Deliver MESF Operational Indoctrination and related courses (e.g., MESF Advanced Combat Shooter, MESF TOC Specialist).
• May provide training for MESF waterborne courses as needed.
