SIX MARITIME is seeking Landside Security Officers to support security operations at maritime facilities and industrial sites in San Diego, CA. This role emphasizes access control, patrols, monitoring, and enforcing procedures to ensure a secure environment.

Officers will perform access verification, patrols, incident reporting, and coordination with supervisors and emergency responders while maintaining professional conduct at all times.

Qualifications

Landside Security Officer

Reports To: Site Supervisor / Operations Manager

Position Overview

Six Maritime is seeking professional Landside Security Officers to support security operations at maritime facilities, shipyards, and other critical infrastructure sites. This role focuses on access control, patrols, monitoring, and enforcing site security procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Landside Security Officers are a key component of integrated security operations supporting maritime and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Control access to secured facilities and verify credentials
• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of assigned areas
• Monitor activity and report suspicious behavior or security incidents
• Enforce site-specific security policies and procedures
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies as directed
• Maintain detailed logs, reports, and incident documentation
• Coordinate with supervisors, site personnel, and emergency responders
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
