Job summary

F&B Landscaping in Colorado Springs is hiring an entry-level Spray Technician to apply weed control, fertilization, and other landscape treatments at commercial and residential properties. A full-time seasonal position with winter snow duties is offered.

No prior spray experience is required as training is provided; a valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company truck are essential. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Spray Technician – Entry Level

F&B Landscaping is hiring a dependable Spray Technician to perform weed control, fertilization, and other landscape applications at commercial and residential properties.

Minimal experience is okay. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Apply herbicides, pesticides, fertilizers, and other landscape treatments
• Learn to identify weeds, pests, turf issues, and plant health concerns
• Mix and handle products according to label instructions and company safety procedures
• Maintain accurate application records
• Inspect, clean, and maintain spray equipmentDrive a company vehicle between job sites
• Report property concerns or needed follow-up treatments to management
• Assist with other landscaping duties as needed

Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required
• Must be comfortable driving a company truck between properties
• Minimal landscaping or spray experience is acceptable
• Willingness to learn and follow all safety procedures
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and changing weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail
• Colorado pesticide applicator license or certification is preferred but not required
  

Schedule:

Full-time, seasonal position. Snow is a requirement in the winter, and it is well paid.

Pay:

$20-$24 an Hour/BOE
