Job summary

ClearSite Land Services is seeking a Landscape Specialist to maintain beds and turf; this is a maintenance role, not installation or design. You should be able to work independently and assess what needs doing without being told every step.

Responsibilities include weed control, pruning, mowing, seasonal cleanups, and basic irrigation checks; year-round work is guaranteed with steady opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in weed control and landscape maintenance is required.

Responsibilities

• Weed control — hand pulling and herbicide application in beds, along hardscape, and in turf
• Pruning and shaping shrubs, ornamentals, and small trees
• Flowerbed maintenance (edging, mulching, cutting back, cleanup)
• Mowing, trimming, and edging turf areas
• Seasonal cleanups, leaf and debris removal
• Watering and basic irrigation checks; report broken heads or leaks
• Identify what a property needs and take care of it without waiting to be told
• Maintain clean and organized jobsites
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Report damage, safety issues, or equipment concerns immediately
• Follow company policies and supervisor direction
• Other duties as assigned

We are looking for someone with real experience in weed control, ongoing maintenance, and pruning who knows how to keep beds and plantings looking right year round.

This is a role for a self-starter. You should be able to show up, look at a property, and know what needs to be done without being told every step. We are not looking for someone who needs to be checked on all day.
