Job summary

A lawn care service company located in Worcester, MA is looking for a Project Crew Lead to manage landscaping installations and enhancements during the active season. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in landscaping, strong leadership skills, and must hold essential licenses including a DOT Medical Card and OSHA certifications. This role will require operating heavy equipment and ensuring project efficiency and safety. Compensation ranges from $30 to $32 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years professional landscaping or installation experience.
• Active DOT Medical Card required.
• Active Hydraulic/Hoisting License required.
• Minimum OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project crew on landscaping and installation jobs.
• Operate skid steer, mini excavator, or other licensed equipment.
• Oversee junk removal projects including disposal coordination.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance.
