Job summary

Cal-AM Properties Inc. is seeking a Landscaping & Maintenance team member to maintain resort and community grounds, including planting, mowing, pruning, and general upkeep.

You’ll work with a dedicated team in a regular weekday schedule, with occasional weekend requirements to support property needs. The role requires physical ability to lift equipment, familiarity with lawn care tools, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift heavy equipment.
• Familiar with maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers and hedge trimmers.
• Demonstrates problem identification and resolution.
• Able to work independently and pay close attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintains lawns, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, planters, and other grounds features.
• Mows and edges lawns with power or push mowers and edgers.
• Cares for lawns by mulching, weed control, and trimming trees/plants.
• Maintains flower beds by pruning, weeding and watering.
• Prunes and trims trees, shrubs, and hedges with appropriate tools.
• Plants flowers and trees.
• Spreads fertilizers or pesticides as needed for grounds.
• Maintains ground equipment and performs preventive maintenance.
• Operates powered lawn equipment and related machinery.
• Reports maintenance concerns to supervisor and assists with repairs.
