Job summary

Baker Commercial Landscaping, Inc. is seeking a foreman and driver to lead a crew on commercial and residential properties across Central Florida. You will assign tasks, ensure PPE compliance, and verify that all job responsibilities are carried out.

As the driver, you will operate a truck and trailer to each site safely and efficiently. Strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to stay responsive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with landscaping equipment and knowledge of landscape plants is helpful.
• A clean Florida driving record with driving experience is required.
• Must meet insurance guidelines to qualify as a driver.

OBJECTIVE

The ability to maintain high profile commercial and residential properties throughout the Central Florida area while working in a team environment.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As foreman and driver, you are responsible for leading your crew.

Making sure they have on all PPE (personal protective equipment).

Making sure they are doing their job responsibilities.

As a driver, you're responsible for driving a truck with a trailer safely and efficiently to each of your assigned properties each day.
