Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• DOT physical and medical certification pre-hire.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• 2 years’ experience in landscaping/gardening.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain department; perform duties as assigned.
• Ensure safety, ethics, and integrity; follow OSHA/EPA guidelines.
• Conduct cost comparisons and manage expenditures; submit forms.
• Lead and coach third‑party providers; perform quality inspections.
• Troubleshoot and provide customer service to facility users; resolve issues.
