WorkSteer Staffing in Boise, Idaho, is seeking dependable Landscapers and Landscape Laborers for full-time opportunities. This position involves lawn care, landscape maintenance, planting, and general outdoor labor.

We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors, can perform physical tasks, and take pride in maintaining clean, professional-looking properties. Previous landscaping experience is preferred but not required for all assignments.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping, lawn care, groundskeeping, or landscape maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work, including lifting and moving materials.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely use landscaping tools and equipment or willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, and weed control.
• Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and other landscaping materials.
• Spread mulch, move soil, and assist with landscape installation projects.
• Operate hand tools and landscaping equipment safely.
• Load, unload, and transport landscaping materials and supplies.
• Maintain lawns, gardens, and outdoor areas according to project requirements.
• Clean and maintain landscaping tools and equipment as directed.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Follow supervisor instructions and applicable safety procedures.
• Work with crew members to complete landscaping projects efficiently.
