Job description

TTS is hiring a Landscaper / Handyman to help keep our locations clean, safe, and running right. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can handle both outdoor grounds work and basic repairs without needing constant supervision. If you take pride in clean results, work steady, and show up reliably, you found a long‑term home.

Grounds and Landscaping:

• Mow, edge, weed, mulch, and fertilize.
• Trim hedges, shrubs, and trees.
• Remove dead or damaged vegetation and debris as assigned.
• Monitor plant health and report issues early.
• Operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.

Handyman and Property Upkeep:

• General building cleaning, upkeep, and light repairs.
• Patch and paint walls, doors, windows, ceilings, and other areas as needed.
• Basic plumbing and electrical repairs within your skill level and safety requirements.
• Minor repair and maintenance work throughout the company (hardware, fixtures, adjustments, small installs).
• Keep mechanical equipment in working order and report issues before they become emergencies.
• Identify when a repair is “major” and communicate it clearly so we can handle it the right way.

What We’re Looking for: Must-haves

• Clean, valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Your own basic maintenance tools (standard hand tools and common small tools).
• 3–5 years of handyman experience.
• Experience using lawn care and maintenance equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving.
• Good time management and communication (written and verbal).
• Able to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and handle a fast pace without drama.

Nice To Have:

• Bilingual Spanish/English.

Schedule and Environment:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
• Saturday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• Occasional after‑hours support for urgent operational issues.
• Travel between terminals/locations during the day.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly pay based on experience and capability: $16–$21/hr.
