The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and enhancement of outdoor landscapes for residential and commercial properties. You should have a keen eye for detail, a passion for working outdoors, and the physical ability to handle landscaping tasks in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping duties such as pruning, hedge trimming, planting, weeding, mulching, and edging.
• Install and maintain plants, trees, shrubs, sod, and seasonal flowers.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
• Follow landscaping designs and blueprints to create aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety on job sites.
• Communicate with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with work performed.
• Perform seasonal tasks such a spring clean-up and leaf removal.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscaping, grounds keeping, or related field.
• Ability to operate landscaping tools and machinery safely.
• Basic knowledge of horticulture and plant care.
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Schedule

Full‑time, Monday to Thursday; overtime available depending on project needs.
