TCG Property Care Inc. in Washington, DC seeks a skilled Landscaper to maintain outdoor spaces, including mowing, planting, watering, and sprinkler work.

You will help create beautiful, well-groomed grounds for our clients and support a team-focused environment. The ideal candidate has prior landscaping experience, can handle hand-held and power tools, and is comfortable lifting 40+ pounds and working in all weather.

Qualifications

• Past experience as a landscaper/groundskeeper preferred.
• Ability to use hand-held and power tools.
• Capable of climbing ladders and lifting 40+ lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes
• Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chain-saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws
• Water lawns, trees, or plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans
• Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chainsaws
• Gather and remove litter
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner

You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Past experience as a landscaper is preferred and a positive attitude is a must!
