Job summary

Esplanade at St. Marys, located in St. Mary, GA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full‑time Landscaper. We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations.

Prepares soil for planting beds and lawn areas.

Operates mechanical equipment such as mowers, weed trimmers and utility vehicles.

Plants trees, shrubs, turf grass and flowers.

Prunes and trims trees and shrubs.

Maintains a clean landscape environment through trash removal and debris cleanup.

Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.

Maintains landscape through application of mulch, water, fertilizer and grooming.

Regular and reliable attendance.

Performs other duties as required.

Education & Experience

Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands

Frequently stands and walks; uses hands; reaches with hands and arms; stoops, kneels, crouches or crawls; talks or hears. Occasionally sits, climbs and balances, tastes or smells. Frequently lifts up to 50 pounds. Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions (non‑weather); near moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles, with toxic or caustic chemicals. Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. Occasionally experiences vibration.
