Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, landscaped areas, flower beds, and trees throughout the community.

This role is responsible for ensuring that all lawns, gardens, trees, and common outdoor areas are clean, safe, and visually appealing for residents and visitors. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, landscaped areas, flower beds, and trees throughout the community
• Mow, edge, trim, weed, mulch, and prune as needed
• Plant flowers, shrubs, and greenery according to seasonal needs and property plans

• Manual dexterity for operating tools and equipment.

Pay Range:

In compliance with California pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this position is expected to $25.00 - $28.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined by factors including experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
