Qualificações

• Prior landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Friendly, respectful attitude when interacting with residents.

Responsabilidades

• Mow lawns, trim hedges, and edge walkways.
• Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Clean outdoor areas including patios, benches, and walking paths.
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf removal and mulching.
• Monitor plant health and report pest/disease concerns.
• Maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
• Ensure all outdoor areas are safe and accessible for residents.
