Job summary

Advance Staffing Solutions (The Advance Group) is seeking dependable landscapers for Hancock County, OH. This direct hire opportunity offers pay of $20-22 per hour, depending on experience, with a Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm shift and occasional variations due to weather.

No weekends typically. You will mow, trim, edge, and blow for residential and commercial clients, handle debris, operate lawn tools, support landscape projects, and assist with seasonal snow/ice duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Landscaping experience highly preferred.
• Reliable and committed to great attendance — being on time matters here!
• Strong physical ability: lifting, digging, pushing wheelbarrows, and working outdoors in all weather
• Team-player mindset with energy and urgency — we move with purpose!
• Ability to follow directions and communicate openly.
• Must pass a background check.
• Preferred: Valid driver’s license.
• Experience pulling a trailer.
• Mowing or skid steer experience.
• Basic hand tool knowledge.

Responsibilities
