The ideal candidate must be available to respond quickly when called upon, work outdoors for extended periods in all weather, and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks to ensure safe and clear walking surfaces.

Landscaper Duties and Responsibilities

• Experience in landscaping, lawn maintenance, or a similar outdoor service industry is preferred (training available for entry-level candidates).
• Knowledge of, or willingness to learn:
• Mowing, string trimming, edging, and blowing.
• Weeding, pruning, mulching, and planting.
• Safe operation of hand tools, power equipment, and commercial mowers.
• Ability to work safely around equipment and follow all safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure properties meet quality expectations.

Landscaper Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (preferred for driver positions).
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Ability to follow directions, work as part of a team, and communicate professionally with crew leaders and customers.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime during peak seasons.
• Physical ability to perform demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Lift and carry 35-80 lbs. regularly.
• Work on feet for 8-10 hours per shift.
• Perform repetitive tasks (shoveling, lifting, raking, trimming, etc.).
