Pritchard Industries LLC is hiring a full-time Landscaper-Snow removal crew member in New York. Responsibilities include year-round lawn care, snow removal, and occasional janitorial tasks as needed.

The role requires working 40 hours per week, 7:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with hours varying by weather. Compensation ranges from $20 to $21 per hour, with benefits including health benefits, 401K, life insurance, and other ancillary programs.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, responsible and team player.
• Experience in Landscaping and Snow Removal. Will train the right employee.
• Must be willing to do Janitorial work during slow work weeks/months.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Flexible hours due to weather events.
• Must be able to lift 50lb and above.
• Ability to drive company vehicles and equipment
• Valid Driver’s License for insurance purposes (2+years).
• Full time (Including winter)

• Pay or shift range: $20 USD to $21 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
