Job summary

Mountain West Vegetation Management is hiring an experienced Landscape Technician to join our team in Northern Colorado. The role involves irrigation installation and repairs, hardscape work, and full landscape installation and maintenance across varied properties.

You will plant trees and shrubs, perform mowing, trimming, pruning, and cleanup, and support vegetation-management projects including oil and gas sites. Independence, reliability, and safety-mindedness are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping experience required.
• Irrigation and hardscape experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to pass jobsite-required drug testing and safety screenings.
• Professional references required.

Responsibilities

• Irrigation installation, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Hardscape installation, including rock, edging, pavers, and retaining walls
• Landscape installation and maintenance
• Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials
• Mowing, trimming, pruning, cleanup, and general property maintenance
• Supporting vegetation-management projects, including work in the oil and gas industry
