High Associates in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Landscape Technician. This full-time, year-round role runs Monday0Friday, 6:30am10:00pm, focusing on mowing, edging, mulching, pruning, and grounds maintenance to keep outdoor spaces welcoming.

Required: High School Diploma or GED and a valid PA driver1 license; teamwork and customer service skills; prior landscaping experience preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, plus a 401(k) plan and tuition assistance.

• Valid PA driver1 license required.
• Grounds maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a team or independently and provide good customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Perform grounds maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment.
• Identify plants and weeds, and perform edging, mulching, pruning, mowing, watering, weeding.
• Assist with snow/ice removal as needed, including weekend days during snow events.
• Follow safety policies and company procedures.
