You will perform lawn care, installation, irrigation troubleshooting, and exterior cleaning, with on-the-job training and a supportive team. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 pounds are required; reliable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or property maintenance experience preferred (training available for the right candidate).
• Ability to safely operate lawn care equipment and landscaping tools.
• Experience with irrigation repairs is a plus.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform demanding tasks.
• Reliable transportation to work and valid driver's license.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Landscape Technician to join our growing property maintenance team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering quality work and enjoys working outdoors in a variety of environments.

Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Landscape installation and maintenance
• Mulching, planting, pruning, and weed control
• Irrigation system troubleshooting and repairs
• Gutter cleaning
• Debris removal
• Pressure washing of buildings, driveways, sidewalks, and other exterior surfaces
• Seasonal property cleanups
• Basic maintenance and repair tasks as needed
• Loading, unloading, and caring for tools and equipment
