Job summary

LUTZ LANDSCAPING AND MANAGEMENT INC is seeking skilled Landscape Technicians to maintain the grounds of residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include mulching, planting, lawn installs, raking, sod laying, hydro-seeding, and related tasks to create beautiful outdoor spaces.

Requirements include 2 years of landscape experience, use of hand-held and power tools, ability to lift 40+ pounds, and a valid driver's license with ability to drive a truck and trailer.

Qualifications

• 2 years past experience as a landscaper.
• Experience with hand-held and power tools.
• Must be able to lift 40+ pounds repetitively and work on your feet for long periods.
• Driver's license is a MUST.
• Ability to drive a truck and trailer is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, chainsaws, mowers, weed eaters, bed edgers.
• Operate mowers, tractors, chain-saws, sod cutters, or pruning saws.
• Water lawns, trees, or plants using portable sprinklers, hoses, or watering cans.
• Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges using shears or pruners.
• Gather and remove litter.
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Landscape technicians to join our team! You will maintain grounds of residential and commercial properties by performing a variety of tasks, including mulching, planting, lawn installs, raking, sod laying, hydro-seeding and various other installation and maintenance tasks with the goal of creating beautiful and well-groomed outdoor spaces for our clients.

You should be hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. 2 years past experience as a landscaper is required with references, and a positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, chainsaws, mowers, weed eaters, bed edgers, and more
• Operate powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, chain-saws, sod cutters, or pruning saws
• Water lawns, trees, or plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans
• Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chainsaws
• Gather and remove litter
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
