Job summary

Element Turf & Outdoor Solutions is seeking crew members for a seasonal outdoor role in Illinois. You will perform mowing, trimming, leaf clean-ups, landscape and hardscape installation, shrub pruning, tree trimming, weed maintenance, and flower installation, working four 10-hour days Monday-Thursday.

Candidates must have landscaping experience, a clean driving record with a valid license, and be able to read and write in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping is required.
• Clean driving record and valid Driver's License required.
• Candidate must read and write in English.
• High school degree or GED is preferred.
• Seasonal position.

Responsibilities

• Duties may include mowing, trimming, leaf clean-ups, landscape/hardscape installation, shrub trimming, pruning, tree trimming, weed maintenance, seasonal flower installation and maintenance, property upkeep, machinery operation and spreading fertilizer and/or other materials.

Element Turf & Outdoor Solutions, LLC is a fast-growing, locally owned Lawncare Maintenance business specializing in full service Mowing, Fertilization and Weed Control, Weed Maintenance, Landscape Maintenance/Mulch Installation, Pest Control, Fall Clean Up, Holiday Lights, and Snow Removal services for both Commercial and Residential customers. Job Details

Overtime may be required. This is a seasonal position that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. All candidates must present a clean and professional appearance and must be capable of working safely and efficiently.

Crew Members typically work a 4 day week, Monday through Thursday, 10 hour days. Friday and/or Saturday may be required OT due to weather or incomplete jobs.
