Role Description

The Landscape Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL, responsible for overseeing daily landscaping operations and crews. This role includes planning and assigning tasks, supervising landscape installation and maintenance activities, and ensuring work meets quality, safety, and timeline standards. The Landscape Supervisor will coordinate materials and equipment, monitor irrigation systems, and address site issues promptly. Responsibilities also include communicating with clients and management, training and coaching team members, maintaining accurate records of work performed, and supporting efficient use of resources.

Qualifications
